The Challenge
Wezone wanted a short web flow where members answer a few questions (centre, goals, preferences) and receive a recommended plan — with an optional form to get the result by email.
My Role
I built the frontend: multi-step form (centre selection, questions), result view, contact form and integration with the recommendation API.

How It Works
- 1Member selects their Wezone centre in the first step of the flow.
- 2They answer a short set of questions (goals, preferences) in a multi-step form.
- 3The app calls the recommendation API and displays the suggested plan and a CTA.
- 4Optionally they fill in a contact form to receive the plan by email; the sales team can follow up.
